Literary Abandon

I got an email today from NaNoWriMo encouraging me to participate again this year.

NaNoWriMo is the challenge where you have 30 days to write a 50,000 word novel.  If you can imagine, November is right around the corner, and another opportunity to become a novelist is right before you.

I am debating whether or not I will participate again this year. I never did finish my story from last year. I left my main character sitting in her car, not knowing what to do next.  But, it really was an amazing experience, and hard to believe that I had the ability to write as much as I did.

If you are even the littlest bit intrigued, I suggest you give it a try. It really is the ultimate challenge.
