Well, aren't you all lucky. You are getting an awful lot of blogging from me in the past couple of days. (I wish that I had exciting news to tell you all.)
If you have stopped by here in the past couple of days, you might have noticed that things look a little different.
I personally use Google Reader to keep track of all of the blogs I read. It magically tells me when someone has updated, and so I rarely get to see the pretty layout that all of you have chosen. Although, that being said, I occasionally go and take a look at your real blog and look your your lovely background.
Seriously, if you read more than 3 blogs, it is worth checking into Google Reader. It isn't hard to set up, and you don't have to bounce from blog to blog checking, hoping, praying, that people have updated. In fact, I already tried to convince you all that you needed this in your life, way back in 2008.
Anyways, I am not overly proficient in HTML. I missed that day in college, (Yes, I said college. I know most of you probably learned it in elementary.) and I never feel all that comfortable making changes to my blog template. So once I decide on a template and painstakingly figure out how to customize it the best I can, I usually stick with it for a while. I had no beefs with the old template I had up, but was bothered when, out of the blue, the blog title and date were being cut off. I thought I could easily fix the problem, but in the end I mistakenly deleted a vital part of the template I had, and had to find a new one.
So for the past couple of days I have been trying on pre-made blog templates in the hopes of finding an awesome template that captured the magic that is my blog. Maybe I am picky, but I still have yet to find one to fall in love with. The all seem a little too girly, emo, japanese anime and just plain weird for my liking.
So here is your challenge. Go in search of a blog template (preferably a free one) that screams, 'A Day In The Life.' Send me the link, and I will check it out and hopefully pick yours to be the winner! (And you will win the satisfaction of helping a girl in need.)
Although, if we all start using Google Reader, then there won't really be a need to have a pretty background, now will there.
Oh. And as you can still see, the date and post title are still being cut off. If any of you know how to fix that, I will be eternally grateful.
Good luck with the upcoming week. Hopefully it is full of magic for all of us. (After all, it is finally spring.)
As Always,

Oh my goodness, you're right! It is spring! I can't believe I let the first day pass without my notice. And as for your template problem, I will look as hard as I can for the perfect one :)
