You are balanced, orderly, and organized.
You like ducks.
You are powerful and competent, especially in the workplace. You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.
You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.
At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.
You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people.
You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts.
You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.
You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.
You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.
You are the total package - suave, sexy, smart, and strong.
You have the whole world under your spell, and you can influence almost everyone you know.
This is what came up when I did one of those stupid Facebook quiz. This one was, “What Does Your Name Mean?”
I think for the most part it is true, although such general statements could almost apply to anyone. Still, I do like the line, “You like ducks.”
What does may name really mean? Mispronunciations and misspellings.
RDP is out of the office today, which means what? I have been mostly bored today. Very early in the day, I completed the 1.5 tasks he gave me to do today. It is hard to entertain yourself for eight hours.
We did get a new printer at the office, which has been a much bigger deal than it ever should have been. We now have four printers in our office. (Which I don’t understand considering 85% of the office still uses their typewriters and have no real need for printers.)We all had to do printer test runs to make sure we knew what printer number corresponded with what printer. Most of the ladies have still not got this into their heads and I am sure that we have printed off three whole trees worth of paper to get everyone straightened out.
I am looking forward to all of the kafuffle with our new fax machine next week.
We hit up the Red Dog Diner last night. I guess this place has turned into the après work hangout for the YSA. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing, but I think I was expecting more. I think all of buzz I had been hearing and excitement of the unknown built this place up a little too much in our heads.
It is relatively cheap, it is open late and if you happen to be a fan of poutine they do have 10+ varieties to try. It is different but, kinda fun to support local business.
Only a little more than an hour left of work. (Don’t think that I am planning on staying any longer than 4:30 today.) With no real concrete plans for tonight, who knows where the wind will take us.
Happy Chinese New Year. Good luck in this, the Year of the Rat.
Just wondering if my experiment will work.
Lots of Love.
