"This must be Thursday. I could never get the hang of Thursdays"

A BIG Happy Birthday to Ginger today! Although she would die if she knew that I had announced it on here. Oh well, Happy Birthday anyways. Plans for her party are coming along well, considering what a Gong Show it has been to get everything together. But I think all of the major crisis are over, and everything should be okay, and relatively low key. (Too hard to get someone to jump out of a cake these days…although keep that in mind for my next birthday.)

We were all at institute last night; everything was going well, very institute-esque. Then all of the sudden the girl in front of me passed out and fell right out of her chair! Seriously, it was so scary. So class stopped and we were all trying to get out of the way so that she could get some help. She apparently is hypoglycemic, which means she needs to keep her blood sugar at a constant level. So everyone is looking for candy and someone from the back of the room yells, “Denise will have candy!” So everyone helplessly looked at me. I like that out of everything I do and am, candy is the only thing that I get remembered for. (I don’t really mind, I do like candy, it is true.)But sadly I didn’t have anything! Nothing! I had considered bringing suckers to institute, but then thought against it! If only I had, I could have been the real hero or at least made the girl feel a bit better. I guess the moral of the story is always, ALWAYS have candy with you. You never know when it will save someone’s life or just make you feel better.

We all came home, ate some candy for good measure, wrote some more HILAROUS songs and settled in to watch our new favourite show, Arrested Development. After a lot of laughs, we finally went to bed.

Oh yes, and everyone make sure that you watch for Flick’s shirt at the dance on Friday. We all think it is going to be funny. Although our motto is, when you think you are funny, you aren’t.

Here’s to Thursday! We are so close to the weekend, it might as well be Saturday.

Love you! Miss you! Think the world of you!
