All Of Your Questioned Answered

Uhmm....really? You guys didn't get it? I got a job. Yup, that was what that whole last post was about. Hmmm...this whole time I have been priding myself on my writing skills, but maybe I should rethink some of my blog ideas.

Okay, I guess let me spell it out for you, again. I GOT A JOB. Just two day short of my one year anniversary of unemployment. I am still wondering why it took so long to finally be employed. If I had known it was going to take a WHOLE year, I probably would have done something awesome with that time.

So here are the details. I am working as a legal assistant, again. However, this firm seems pretty awesome. It is a bigger office, I would guess 25+ employees, and when I was shown around the office, I didn't see one typewriter. Please keep your fingers crossed that this place will turn out awesome. It has been so long since I have had a real job that I have almost forgotten how to be an employee. Hopefully it will all come back to me.

Now, the process of getting this job was a long one. From the time the hiring agency initially called me, to the day when they finally announced I had the job was two whole weeks. It took me a typing test, two interviews, SEVEN references and countless emails to prove that I was the girl they should hire. I didn't want to jinx myself,so I am sorry if I didn't tell you about all of this sooner. Please don't take it personally.

Secondly, no, I am NOT moving out of my house. Yes, Jenny and I are playing an unspoken game of moving chicken, and one day we won't live together, but that is just because eventually our lives will go in different directions. We have already lived together for three years, it is unlikely that we will be together another three year, but then again, stranger things have happened. As of right now, this very minute, I have absolutely no plans of moving. I hate moving and I'm trying to avoid it at all costs. Besides, I have managed to stay in Vic Park for ten years, I am pretty sure I can manage sticking around there for a few more years.

And lastly, horoscopes are mostly just for fun. I don't live and breathe by what the internet says I, Miss Gemini, should do. Yes, I think they are hilarious, and quite often their generic messages can be applied to my life in someway. But, fear not, despite how often I post them on here, I don't take them seriously.

So, I am hoping that I have quelled all of your questions, confusion and fears. I'll try not to be so cryptic in the future.

I'll talk to you soon. Have the best week possible.

As Always,

I think you made yourself very clear. Some people just need to learn how to read.
