Happy Cinco De Mayo for all of my Mexican friends. And a wonderfully great Friday for all the rest.
Not much in major news. It is a beautiful May day. The sun is shining, the bird singing.
I am mowing our lawn at our house after work today. We have such a cute little house, but our front yard looks pretty crapped up, so it will nice to have everything looking good again. I am really not a green thumb. I always forget to water my plants. Maybe I should stick with fake plants.
Marlyssa recently commented on all of the plants at her house, and how she was trying to name her plants. I only have one fern, but recently I named him as well.
At the old house, my fern was healthy and happy, and just plain grateful to live with me. But in the new house. Something happened.
My once beautiful fern was turning black and sad. Was it because there wasn't enough light in my new room? Or maybe I had forgotten to water him for a couple of days or... weeks.
But surely our relationship could get past these hurdles!
After much apologizing and a new pot. Booker the Sickly Fern is doing much better. We might not be back to the place were once were, but slowly we are getting there.
Good Luck with all of your naturistic endeavors. Here's to a great summer.
